Surface
Embark on your journey into the forest where you will be greeted by the wondrous Surface stage. Here is our nature woven main event stage. This stage is colourful, energetic, and powerful. Join your fellow creatures in celebration and revelry, our Surface stage DJs will be curating exciting sets with varied genres. At the Surface stage, you will find mostly uplifting energy with mostly electronic genres. Lose yourself in the swirling rhythms and The Core Element’s energy.
Experiment -1
If you seek something darker, heavier… unknown, the evening hours will reveal a path just beyond the Surface stage. Follow the lights along the winding path, listen for the beat deeper into the forest. You will find EXPERIMENT - 1.
Here is the juxtaposition to the Surface stage, where there is light, there is shadow. EXPERIMENT - 1 is primal, raw and fierce. Selected DJs shall harness the power of this stage by spinning heavier genres throughout the night.

Chill out tents
We've got two gorgeous bell tents situated in our forest, decked out for your comfort. Pillows, blankets, lights and toys. The perfect place to unwind. One is our forest nook tent, calming, natural and nestled amongst the trees. The other is our PLUR tent! As described next...

P.L.U.R bracelet making station
Our second chill out tent is decked out with our awesome bracelet making station. Learn about this rave culture staple, grab your beads and relax in our rave themed tent.

Duelling dragons sword workshops
Step into a world of epic battles and heroic moves with Sascha in their Duelling Dragons Swordplay Workshop. This is an event where attendees must signup, and signups willed up quickly! There may be slots that become available on the day and attendees are always welcome to watch!

A space for all those who want to meet some friendly faces. Whether you are travelling alone, if it's your first event or if you just want to meet some fellow creatures, this is the place to be!

KEYS!
A warm welcome to Keys! A whimsically wonderful accordion player. Keys will be performing all sorts of jigs and jaunts for you, dance along if you know the tune!

Lights, camera, spin! Hosted by Bask, you'll be taking part in a staple of the festival scene. Practice Poi provided, all skill levels catered to.

Pictionary
How good are your drawing... and reasoning skills? Pop into our events Marquee for a good ol' game a' pictionary, we've got a big box of prompts waiting to be created by you.... for better or for worse!

The fire Rituals
Harlow has a plan for you, can you resist? Dare to observe this heated fire dance performance, can you beat the charm or will you succumb to the ritual?

Hosted in our mainstage area, come be part of the first ever Core Element group photo!

Themed photoshoots.
We have some incredibly beautiful forest spaces, and wonderfully talented photographers! So we will have some photoshoots set out for you. Costume or no costume, all are welcome.
Dj workshop and social.
Seasoned on the decks, just starting out or just curious and want to see how it's all done? Hosted by some of our wonderful DJs, come mingle at this social. We'll have decks setup ready to play... so no drinks allowed!

Hosted by the talented Foxy Marty. This is a showcase, not a competition! So no matter your skill level, if you want to throw some shapes you are welcome to sign up. Venture to the forest alcove, where you shall find Bubbles, your guide for the morning. Be amongst nature, relax and be mindful. A perfect way to start the morning!

Pegan meetup
A space to chat, drink tea and be within the forest. Open to everyone who seeks nature's council or wants to meet with people who do.

Herb walks
Follow Bask on a intriguing trail through the woodland. As a clinical horologist, his knowledge of the forest around us will amaze you.

Improv hour
Hosted by Aggy and Zuki. An hour of fun, laughs and crazy scenes, Pounce into a ridiculously fun hour of improv! Legend has it... they may be hosting a couple of table top games too! Signups at the festival.

The Fae hour
Travel to hour forest alcove, take a seat and wait. Legend says a Fae called Beep shall appear... to tell you all about the Fae!

A space full of team and pair games. The perfect place to make a pit stop during the evening.

Step into another world with Fennah, Lucy and Harlow. Goodies up for grabs, laughs to be had and a deadly invitation to Harlow's fire rituals.

You’ll have tasty food trucks which cater to different dietary choices and needs for the whole event. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options throughout the day with hot drinks too. Vegan? Gluten-free?
No problem! Final line up coming soon, we are currently comparing the best options!
LUXURIA EVENTS.

We are proud to have our hot drinks, cocktails and pastries supplied by Luxuria events, a well established business with a focus on quality, professionalism and customer experience. This friendly crew will provide you with hot drinks including many coffee options, teas and hot chocolates. Plus, we have teamed up to create Core Element festival exclusive cocktails! Day or night, these guys will be ready to serve you your morning coffee, or a night time treat!
Vegan and Gluten free options!
THE CORE ELEMENT BAR.

Pints, spirits, mixers, soft drinks and bottled water. Right opposite the main stage, there will be our bar staffed by members of our community. The main bar will be open from 1pm - 1am. Remember, free water will be available at the entrance of the forest at all hours.

Facilities and crew
The facilities

Our venue is costume & fursuit friendly but bear in mind it is a field and a forest! We can provide you with what you need after a suiting sesh. You can find our cool-down tent on site. With fans, water, snacks and re-hydration supplies.

We will have our own videographers and photographers on site all day and night to capture some awesome shots. They will be easily visible, so feel free to flag them down!

Regularly cleaned toilets with accessible toilets for extra room.

Fresh free water will be available on site.

We can’t talk about facilities without mentioning the venue itself. The forest itself has lovely little coves and spaces to use. Whether you want to relax or take photos, please respect the forest, enjoy it!
Security, medical and crew.

Stonehorse medical services with additional trained professionals will be present to keep you safe and well throughout the festival. You will be able to find them at the medical / welfare tent or roaming around the grounds. The medical tent will have an essential stock in case attendees have forgotten things. We strongly advise you to bring power banks. For a full list of recommended items, refer to the festival guide.

Crew can be found throughout the festival grounds, running supplies and generally making the festival run smoothly. They can be flagged down for assistance, and they'll do their best to help you, or escort you to someone who can help.

SIA certified security personnel will be monitoring the site to keep everyone safe at all times. If you have any security related concerns, flag down any member of crew, or head to the welfare tent. Your welfare and enjoyment is our priority.
