The stage beckons you, the creatures chitter with excitement… unleash the beats! Core Element invites you to perform on our stages for 2026. This year, we are looking for a wide variety of genres to be performed live for the creatures of the forest. Whether you have been DJing for a few months, or for years, you are more than welcome to apply. Please read below for more information!​

DJ attendance tickets:
DJs go free, with a standard entry ticket! If you wish to upgrade your ticket to sponsor or VIP, please let us know at: core.element@botbevents.com

Equipment:
We provide CDJ 3000s, and A9 mixers. If you wish to bring your own, that's fine too. Just let us know which deck you will be bringing, so we can inform our AV team. We cannot provide any other equipment other than the CDJ 3000s and A9s. You will be provided with monitors either side of you which can be adjusted by you on the mixer. Headphones are not provided. We do not provide wifi.

Performers, events, activities.
We are looking for exciting events and individuals to provide our creatures with meaningful memories that will last a lifetime. Even the smallest, most lowkey event can profoundly impact a person. Whether you are a fire breathing, sword wielding legend… or someone who simply provides a space for people to speak and be heard, you are all equally important to inspiring wonder and love. All performers and event hosts either go free, plus, have their ticket upgraded if they do more than one event / slot.
Meets / workshops:
Last year, we had events such as ‘the magpie trinket swap, the pagan meet, business in the fandom, herb walks and more.’ All were extremely popular and had incredible feedback. (Fun fact, the director saw the crowd that had gathered for the herb walk and panicked, thinking something had happened and people had crowded round. They couldn’t quite believe the crowd that had gathered to join the herb walk. It was amazing)!
With regards to meets that provide spaces for meeting, talking, teaching, listening and expressing. If you have an idea, please fill in the form to put forward your idea! We can provide natural spaces and marquee spaces for your idea.
Activities / active workshops / games:
Last year we had, ‘the improv workshop, life drawing, parachute team game, impromptu rounders, meditation, sword fighting and more.’ If you have an idea which engages people creatively, physically and mentally, we are very interested to hear what you can bring to the festival! We are particularly interested in activities which benefit from outdoor space. Just to get your ideas flowing, that means that activities can involve messier factors, like paint and water. They can be more active and take up a lot of space. If it’s safe, and fun!
You can use both marquee and outdoor spaces for your idea.
We are once again going to provide several activities ourselves, with some repeats of 2025’s most popular activities…
Acts, performers, musicians:
Calling all talented showmen! Whether it’s vocal, instrumental, physical or something else entirely! Core Element wants to host and highlight your talent!
Live music acts. If you have a band, or just play an instrument, we have a place for you here.
Performers who have an act to share, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements and provide a platform for you to showcase your talent. Whether that be on our larger stage, or within the forest, lets have a chat and see what we can do together.
Anything else:
Got an idea that doesn’t quite fit into one of those categories? No problem! You can still fill in the application form and tell us about what you want to bring to the creatures of Core Element.
