

Lost property
If you lose an item within our festival grounds, find a member of staff, medical, security or volunteer. They will be able to direct you to our Festival-Ops team. Any lost property handed in, will be secured with Festival-Ops.
Lost items will be stored in a secure monitored location throughout the duration of the festival, and then in secure storage for 31 days following the event.
(Excluding bank cards, items with sensitive information, cash and electronics. As sensitive items will take priority in being returned).
Within this time frame, we will check any lost property requests that are filed.
Additional defining features may be asked about the item in question to ensure the item is identified correctly.
Any unclaimed or uncollected property after the 31 day, post event, holding period, will be disposed of responsibly.
Should the item be claimed after the festival, we may ask for a delivery fee as we will need to dispatch the item back to the owner. All responsibility falls on the owner of the item, and the courier the owner requests for the postage of the item.
BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd takes no responsibility for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen during this process.
From the date the lost property is identified by its rightful owner, we will keep it for 14 days. During that time arrangements for delivery or collection will be made. Should the owner become unresponsive during this time, the item may be disposed of.
All responsibility of property lies with the property’s owner. BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd takes no responsibility for damage, loss or theft that occur to any property on site or within storage, regardless of who is in possession of the property. We handle all lost property on a best effort basis.
Bank cards will be held for the duration of the festival. Unclaimed cards will be destroyed at the end of the festival.
Any electronics that get handed in will be held for 7 days. If unclaimed, they will be destroyed responsibly.
