BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd. is a limited liability company established in the United Kingdom. Company number: 14581635. As such, the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom will apply. Any changes to this agreement will be notified to you via your email address on your registration. You should inform us immediately if you wish to change your registered email address so that we may keep you up to date with any policy updates.

Website and ticket terms

We are committed to safeguarding the information you provide, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Protection Act. It is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account and password within the Registration System. To protect your account, please take all necessary precautions, and if you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us without delay.

Tent hire, standard entry tickets and sponsorship tickets, are subject to availability. The ticket costs are as displayed on the website, however we reserve the right to change pricing at short notice. The pricing of our ticket options is displayed on the registration page. You will be contacted if there is an error with the price you have paid.

The Terms of Service of the card processor will apply to your payment when using the credit or debit payment option.

We will make every effort to maintain the availability and accuracy of our website and registration systems; however, this cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to suspend access for repairs or maintenance and will endeavour, within reasonable means, to resolve any errors in your registration or account resulting from technical issues on our part.

Your digital ticket / QR code is your means of entry to the event. Should you be unable to provide evidence of your ticket we reserve the right to deny you entry to the event. Your physical souvenir ticket cannot be produced for sole entry, the QR code you receive on purchase must also be present. You do not need to present your physical ticket. You must also provide your bell tent hire and or motorhome ticket, should you have one, at registration or the gate.
 

Registration

Firstly, registration must be completed and approved in order to gain access to tickets.

All registrations submitted through our system are subject to review for validity. If any information provided is suspected to be fraudulent or inaccurate, we reserve the right to decline the registration. Should we believe an innocent error has occurred, we may contact you for clarification.

Payments for another attendee’s ticket must be processed through their account or registration. If you cover the cost of another attendee’s ticket, the ticket will remain the property of the named attendee. Only the attendee listed on the ticket is authorized to request changes, cancellations, or refunds.

Tickets may be transferred to another individual on a like-for-like basis, provided transfers are still available. The deadline for transfers is June 30th. To initiate a transfer, both parties must contact core.element@botbevents.com. Please note that once a transfer has been completed, no refunds will be issued for the registration.
 

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel your registration or refuse access to our website for any reason.

You are entitled to cancel your ticket within ONE WEEK (7 days) of your full payment being confirmed and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel after this time, we regret that we will be unable to offer you a refund, except in very exceptional circumstances at the full discretion of the BeautyOfTheBass Ltd.
In the event that the event is cancelled due to a valid occurrence of impossibility, refunds will be distributed as fairly as possible while maintaining business continuity. BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd will not be held accountable for events outside its reasonable control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government interventions, acts of god, acts of war, or terrorism). Therefore, BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd reserves the right to cancel the event without prior notice.
 

Vendors

If you register and pay for a Vendors table, refunds for the associated costs are only available within two weeks of payment, unless otherwise granted at the discretion of BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd.

By registering to vend in the Vendors tent, you agree to comply with our Vendors Den Terms & Conditions.
 

Addons

Exclusive event items (e.g. T-shirts, pin badges, and any additional items), are not items sold as equal value to the sponsor ticket pricing increase, they are instead tokens of our gratitude to attendees who purchase the sponsor ticket option to support the event. Sponsor items are subject to change. BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd does not assume responsibility for loss and damage to these items by the attendee. Defects of items caused by the manufacture, BeautyOfTheBass Events Ltd may be able to replace the item while stocks last.

By hiring a Core Element luxury 5 meter bell tent, you agree that you and your party are liable for any costs incurred as a result of damages to the tents, and you will be charged for any damages made out of misconduct and recklessness. Be aware that photographs of each tent will be taken prior to guests arrival, this includes any prior wear to the tents, to identify the condition of the tent before the allocated group arrives and afterwards.
